1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gt99b", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the gt99b platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://gt99b.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gt99b platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player on the gt99b platform for the purposes of betting, gaming, deposits, and withdrawals.
• "Platform" — the gt99b website, mobile site, and all associated services, features, games, and tools available at https://gt99b.io.
• "Services" — all products offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and RNG table games.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gt99b. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not use the Platform in that capacity.

3 Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. gt99b may request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The gt99b Platform is intended for use by players accessing the site from jurisdictions where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. gt99b does not represent or warrant that the Services are legal in all locations. 3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or use the gt99b Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age.

• Persons who are registered on any national or international problem gambling self-exclusion registry.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of Services on the gt99b Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You must keep this information up to date throughout the life of your Account.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the gt99b Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gt99b reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding wagers, and permanently forfeit all account balances without prior notice.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

gt99b may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification at any time. Verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account).

Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or the temporary restriction of your Account.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gt99b will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You must notify gt99b support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

gt99b accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on the gt99b Platform is ৳100. Individual payment methods may carry higher minimums; the applicable limits are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set on a per-account basis and may be adjusted by gt99b at any time in accordance with responsible gaming policies or risk management requirements.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile wallet channels including bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your gt99b Account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to four hours to be credited. gt99b is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing infrastructure.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by gt99b during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). First-time withdrawal requests may require completion of identity verification before funds are released. Once approved, withdrawals to mobile wallet channels are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. gt99b reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the gt99b Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). gt99b does not accept deposits in foreign currency directly; any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the payment provider and associated fees are borne by the Player.

5.6 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are not depositing on behalf of any third party. gt99b is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for any deposit it deems suspicious.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

gt99b offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Rollover requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Rollover requirement for each offer is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin table games and certain live casino variants — may not count toward Rollover requirements, or may count at a reduced rate, as specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. gt99b reserves the right to withhold or revoke any Bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player is exploiting promotional offers, engaging in bonus abuse, or using systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent Rollover requirements. In such cases, gt99b may also suspend or permanently close the Player's Account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.5 Promotional Changes

gt99b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. The availability of promotional offers may vary based on a Player's account status, jurisdiction, and activity level.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the gt99b Platform are final once confirmed. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that all bet selections, stake amounts, and associated details are correct before confirming a wager. gt99b will not reverse or refund a bet on the grounds that it was placed in error by the Player.

7.2 Void Bets

gt99b reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds offered; (b) the underlying event was cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise did not conclude under normal conditions; (c) evidence of match manipulation or event fixing is identified; or (d) the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms or applicable rules. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account balance.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and are displayed on the Platform at the point of bet placement. gt99b reserves the right to adjust stake limits on a per-player, per-market, or per-event basis without prior notice.

7.4 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements. Once a bet has been submitted and confirmed by the Platform, it stands at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Bets submitted during a temporary suspension of a live market will be accepted at the next available odds upon reinstatement, unless the market is voided entirely.

7.5 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slots on the gt99b Platform are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider. RNG games use certified random number generation technology. Game malfunctions — including software errors, disconnections, or display errors — void all related play and stakes will be returned. gt99b is not liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions outside its reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt99b Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent Conduct: Any attempt to defraud gt99b, other players, or payment providers, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity theft, and use of stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Any arrangement between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting software to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purposes of depositing, layering, or extracting funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical faults, pricing errors, or display errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or through proxies or third parties.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access for any underage person.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic use of promotional bonuses or odds discrepancies across platforms for guaranteed risk-free profit in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting behaviour.

10 Intellectual Property

The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of gt99b.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of gt99b. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gt99b, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

gt99b's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gt99b does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Any reliance you place on the information or Services provided through the Platform is strictly at your own risk.

12 Privacy

gt99b collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. 13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting support.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the gt99b operating entity's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent gt99b from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its rights or property.

You acknowledge that the laws of your own jurisdiction may differ and that it is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with any locally applicable laws.
